What to put in the first message.

Most delays are us asking for something you already had to hand. Include these and we can usually resolve it in one reply.

If we have not put it right.

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can escalate an unresolved complaint to our grievance officer, who will acknowledge it and respond within 15 days.
